St. Luke’s Home is a 242-bed facility with a 41-bed short term rehabilitation unit. With a team approach, we work together to meet our patients’ goals of becoming stronger, more functional and returning home quickly.

The rehabilitation unit provides 24-hour skilled nursing, superior quality rehabilitation services and an interdisciplinary team that coordinates services to provide for a safe and effective discharge to home.
